Obit. Morgan Co. Herald, March 1999 Mr. Whitehouse worked at Taylor Woodcraft in malta for over 16 years retiring in 1981. He also operated his parents' dairy farm in Malta for over 30 years. He was an outstanding M-M High School athlete and served as captain of the undefeated M-M High school footbal team. He as a member of Ohio Farmers, Ohio Holstein Assoc. and the american jersey Cattle club. He was an avid sportsman and loved to hunt and fish. He was a member and past presiden ot the Morgan county Beagle Club. he loved to be with his faithful sheltie dog, Nick, for the last eight years. (Lewis was !LIVING at the Spring Meade Health Center, Tipp City, near son John, when he died) (List of survivors ... see database) The following grandchildren could not be placed under the appropriate son: Annette Drake of Brownsville, Beverly Gessel of Malta, Melissa Niceswanger of Stockport. Great Grandchildren: Amy and Eric Taylor of Brownsville, Lee Gessel of Malta.
